This looks notable to me...

Hi, Was doing very minor edits as suggested. Looking at the "An editor has nominated this article for deletion" template added just recently in the source, as best I can tell this is a "notable" article with reliable 2ndary sources. There are multiple independent sources listed which refer to this newspaper. I do not see an actual "discussion" per-se about it, there is a very small bunch of text about (I am new so maybe I don't understand).
