I have removed all or a majority of the fair use images on this page as their use was not in line with our Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria policy (likely in that the use is not minimal (3.a.) and it is in a list or a gallery (8.)) or our Wikipedia:Non-free content guideline that states that cover images may only be used for critical commentary on the cover itself, not just identification. This page needs more sources

This is an interesting subject, but I am concerned that the voluminous entry does not entirely comply with Wikipedia standards both for named sources and for encyclopedic entries. One reason for my concern is that, as a member of the publishing community, I have received several email blasts over the past few weeks querying for the reprint of this book, all of which point back, at some point, to this page. It would seem that someone is using this page for promotional purposes, and a great deal of the description does seem to be intrinsically researched and composed. Ian Probert's contribution

Anon user 213.78.196.215 has made several edits to the page attempting to indicate that Ian Probert, currently listed of the author of the second half of the series, did not write the work but 'adapted' it from another work. I have googled this and can only find references to Probert having 'written up' the work, which indicates that he was the author. I have asked for sources to indicate contrary, but none have been forthcoming, so I have started this discussion. Please do contribute. Justin.Parallax (talk) 09:40, 3 December 2014 (UTC)
