This article is outdated, poorly sourced, contains accusations without detail or context (e.g. saying he was "implicated" in an election fraud scandal, and not bothering to mention the party was acquitted on the charges), and appears like it was created solely to disparage the subject. This article is part of a pattern by one editor who has already been warned -- literally for years -- for violating NPOV and various other Wikipedia rules on multiple discussion boards related to Thai politics. Someone with more experience on Wikipedia than me might want to step in at some point. I'm labeling this as an attack page. Unless of course someone would like to turn this into an actual BLP. I disagree that this isn't an attack page -- and didn't really think it necessary to spend a lot of time on an article about a former deputy PM who is no longer in politics -- but I respect the admin's decision and will edit the article to conform with Wikipedia's guidelines on BLP's and NPOV. That said, I question whether an article that includes only four sources on a subject -- all of them negative, and two of them not linked (one because the editor didn't take the time, and one because it's a dead link) -- and contains misrepresentations of the few articles that are cited, should be considered "well sourced", as this was described in the decision not to label it as an attack page. I believe Wikipedia -- and BLPs in particular -- should and do have higher standards that that. For reference, here is the conent of the article that is cited, but not linked, with respect to Thaworn's supposed involvement in Finland Plot accusations. Nowhere in the article does Thaworn say the Finland plot exists or mention Thaksin. He says it would be damaging if true, and some Thai Rak Thai policies looked similar to the Finland Plot accusations (which he didn't make.) Nowhere in the article does it say anything like this: "Without evidence, Thaworn accused Thaksin Shinawatra in 2006 of planning to overthrow the Thai monarchy (in what was called the "Finland Plot")." Here's the full text, as pulled from this source. The article isn't in the Bangkok Post archives from what I can tell, so this was the best I was able to find.

The Thai Rak Thai party has threatened to sue people who make false accusations involving the so-called Finland Plan. Thai Rak Thai executive member Surapong Suebwonglee said yesterday he had never heard of any such plan in the whole time he had been in the party. Outgoing senator Sophon Supapong mentioned the Finland Plan, which he said was hatched by a small group aiming to take control of Thailand, at the Thailand Weekly forum held at Lumpini park on Saturday. He claimed that a group of businessmen had persuaded former activists from the October 1973 student uprising to set up a political party and draw up a strategy to take control of Thailand through populist policies. Media tycoon Sondhi Limthongkul, also a leader of the anti-Thaksin People's Alliance for Democracy, backed Mr Sophon's remarks, saying the government's abuse of the state media was part of the Finland Plan. He was also speaking at the Thailand Weekly forum, which he hosted. Mr Surapong said the party would sue anyone who made false accusations about any so-called Finland Plan. Prommin Lertsuridej, the caretaker prime minister's secretary-general and Thai Rak Thai deputy secretary-general, denied the party had mapped out such a plan. He asked the media to seek evidence from people making the claims. Thai Rak Thai was set up after the economic crisis, he said. The media has closely followed the party's activities ever since. Our party had to introduce policies which were different from other parties. Our policies focussed on solving people's debts and helping them generate income. We asked scholars across the country for their views, which we gathered before coming up with the policies, he said. Democrat deputy secretary-general Thavorn Saenniem said the Finland Plan, if it really existed, would cause great damage to the country. He urged the public to keep a close watch on Thai Rak Thai's policies as they looked similar to those mentioned in the Finland Plan
