In the credits of the CD release he is not listed as the writer nor the producer. Also his company Maratone does NOT appear in the publishing credits. Please fix this misinformation! :-)
There's six other songs listed under this name. Is this one in any way more significant than others? I'd suggest renaming this page to "That's All She Wrote (T.I. song)" to put it more in line with the rest.
