I have deleted the topic 'Insurrection' as it violated Wiki policy of Verifiability, as the matter is based on a private blog. The material is taken from the personal blog of one Sharat Sundar Rajeev. Kindly, stick to the topic as well.

Vandalised

This article had been vandalised. eg : Thampi was born through the maharajah and a nair thevadichi....ettuveetil pannikal (pigs) etc. I am correcting it.. Whoeever vandalised the page, is a jerk and he better watch out. It seems it was User Mankoyikal who did it but he doesnt exist now (for good). Manu

Manu - The statement was bit harsh. But don't you find some truth in there? For any marital relationship the Wife and her Children should have some rights over the Husbands property. Else the relation cannot be called Marital. Do you follow these traditions now? NO.. why? Because that's not moral.

There was no any usage of 'Varma' Kings neither in Kerala nor anywhere in the world and has never had, which is the ignorance of the author. According to the traditional system existed for the last 5000 years or so, Sharma, Varma, Gupta and Dasa, were the general titles to the four 'Varnas' (Varna based on the work for the Society, and not status, which some were translated at many places) Kerala had a great tradition in civilization, simplicity of Kings and the relationship between the King and people, which from time to time, the 'family internal quarrels' have faded as there were adoption of the followers also. - commented by Makayiram Thirunal Marthanda Varma <franklin_benchamin@yahoo.com>.
