Citation Needed? Citation Mandatory!

[edit]

How can an "encyclopedia" make a claim such as, "Operating out of hubs at Dallas and Houston, the airline provided regional passenger service in Texas and surrounding states for most of its life." and then go on and admit that a citation is needed to substantiate that claim...and put the claim up on the page without the citation? Without the citation -- the claim is as meaningful as print in a tabloid. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.69.203.224 (talk) 02:32, 4 May 2010 (UTC) Probably there's no citation because the info can't be found on the internet, yet it has been left there because it's true. I'm not saying this in theory--I know this info is true because my relative flew for the airline.[reply]
