Hi,
Will you please send an undercover secret drinker to The Cresset, Fayrespot and Godly public house in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and see how they are killing your beautiful bitter........! The gas content is much too high, we actually ask for a spoon for the " ice cream" head on the glass. We have to wait about three minutes for the beer to settle before we can drink your beer. This has been going on for months now. We ask the bar persons to pour onto the side of the glass, but some still yank the pump fully and hit the bottom of the glass full on, which is not the way to pull a bitter. HELP......
