This source is unavailable online so not easily checked. Could you explain what it explains and verifies, and what it adds to the article apart from just sourcing facts about the restaurant's day-to-day operations? Being mentioned in a print book might make the restaurant notable, but I can't check it easily myself. LouiseS1979 (talk) 21:29, 2 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
