The article needs independent, secondary sources. Any medical claims need wp:MEDRS sources, with review papers looking at published work in humans. Instead, what it has is a bunch of primary papers on rodent trials, with employees of "Materia Medica Holding Scientific and Production Company" as author(s). It has some references to small trials of varying quality in humans, but these are not independent secondary sources. As of right now the article reads as if this is a tested, approved medicine with recognised clinical effects, when none of that has been adequately established.
