Winners ?

[edit]

Sheesh! An article like this ought to list at least the gold and silver medal winners for each Olympiad that tennis has been held at, including men's & women's singles, and men's & women's doubles.
The scores of the final matches would be helpful, too. 98.67.97.39 (talk) 18:23, 19 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

atp/wta points awarded

[edit]
  1. Article would benefit from table of points allocation.
  2. I came across information that in 2000 the Olympic tournament already allocated points to the ATP ranking. 213.149.51.105 (talk) 10:43, 17 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Bad article

[edit]

The article neglects to mention how the Olympic tennis events are organized.

Are they elimination tournaments like at Grand Slam competitions?

Are they round-robin tournaments where each competitor plays every other?

Or something else? 2601:200:C000:1A0:9460:80E0:DA0D:FAC4 (talk) 02:44, 19 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Tiebreaker

[edit]

The description of the third set tiebreaker is not what happened in doubles in Paris 2024. Instead, it seems if sets are 1-1 then there is no third set and instead a first-to-10 (and 2 ahead) match tiebreaker. 2A00:23C6:1492:7A01:AC48:CB04:4E14:C0E2 (talk) 22:41, 29 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox picture???

[edit]

Why are we using a picture in the infobox that the Olympics never used and that was simply created by a user? Fyunck(click) (talk) 22:22, 20 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
