Merge "telegraph boy" into "telegram messenger" (or vice versa)
[edit]"Telegram messenger" and "telegraph boy" cover the same (now largely obsolete) occupation, except that one term was used mainly in the United Kingdom and the other term was more common in the United States. I see no reason why these two articles shouldn't be merged, and will do so after several days have passed. fish storm (talk) 22:14, 12 October 2014 (UTC)
External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Telegram messenger. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20080807161116/http://www.mercurians.org/Nov_99/info_networks.html to http://www.mercurians.org/Nov_99/info_networks.html
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

confusing title
[edit]Looking at:
It looks like we chose the worst of the options for the title - it should be either telegraph messenger or telegraph boy. --Joy (talk) 23:57, 21 December 2024 (UTC)
