"conceptions leading to a maternity"? Could we be more specific, please? I'd fix it, but ain't gonna buy the article to do it. (In case of obtuseness, conception = maternity.) 71.164.128.113 (talk) 17:22, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Split WP:SYNTH topic

[edit]

This article clearly needs to be split into separate articles on Teenage pregnancy in the United Kingdom and Adolescent sexuality in the United Kingdom. I don't see a UK-specific reason why the article's title doesn't follow Teenage pregnancy, Teenage pregnancy in the United States and Teenage pregnancy in Australia; resp. Adolescent sexuality, Adolescent sexuality in the United States and Adolescent sexuality in Canada. More importantly, the article combines two distinct topics bordering on WP:SYNTH, covering teenage sexuality as a whole rather than just sexual health aspects. The combination primarily associates pregnancy with sexual health, which only is an aspect amongst others, at the same time adolescent sexuality is reduced to constituting a health problem, both associations following a particular WP:POV. --PanchoS (talk) 12:26, 7 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
