removing Cochrane review from this sentence in By region

These risks have been linked to increased caesarean and abortion rates among mothers living in rural and remote areas. The Cochrane review is about interventions to quit smoking, not about the link between smoking and risks. I using the newest Cochrane link on the Smoking article. Lede

The lede section of this article is very confused and confusing. To start, the first few sentences offer a few different definitions of what 'teenage pregnancy' means. Then it goes straight into statistics on the teenage pregnancy rate without clarifying which definition it is using. Following WP:NOTDIC, it seems it would be better to just decide on one of the definitions, state it and follow that definition in the article. With maybe a section mentioning that the definition may vary. Ashmoo (talk) 11:53, 21 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
