Hi. Having reviewed and attempted to update/expand/improve this article, I have tagged it for notability concerns. In short, I do not see how the relevant guidelines are met. The article appears to have been created based on the subject's political campaigning. However, WP:NPOL is not met. (The subject has never held political office. Not even at local council level. Not to mind the national level office (TD or senator or whatever) that would be required to meet WP:NPOL.) In terms of WP:SIGCOV, the coverage seems to be similar to that we would expect for any other political candidate (with the article content mainly based on the same electioneering, activism and campaigning statements we might expect from any such candidate; Where such coverage is not independent or "about" the subject and therefore doesn't contribute to notability.) Other parts of the content are based entirely on the subject's own election leaflets. With other text (like the subject's involvement with amateur sporting orgs) based on the most trivial of passing mentions. Like this - where only the subject's name is mentioned. What am I missing? How is this subject any more notable than any other (previously unsuccessful and/or recently announced) election candidate? Guliolopez (talk) 16:24, 12 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
