Notability
[edit]It's a notable film, because back in the 40's most Ephemeral films were in Black and white. Just 5 years later many Ephemeral films were in color. This film documents the increasing use of color in Ephemeral films. Plus, it's a great film, very entertaining. Yet-another-user 04:59, 4 October 2006 (UTC)
