This program is widely used in thousands of schools. I found many schools talking about it on their websites. The founder meets WP:PROF. The acct is named for the publisher of some of the materials so they have a WP:COI but given how many teachers, students and parents are likely to encounter this long running program, this is a notable topic. This sounds like it comes straight out of marketing brochures
