Proposed merge of The Tavis Smiley Show into Tavis Smiley

Content of The Tavis Smiley Show is almost entirely repetitive of the content on Tavis Smiley, seems to be confused about the transition from NPR to PBS, and doesn't mention the reasons for the PBS termination at all.
