Admiral's rank

Is he Vice Admiral or Rear Admiral? Then again, I don't see any mentioning of navy service in his brief bio, only that he graduated from some military academy in 1999. Comment left by 68.148.115.210 (talk) 08:14, 12 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Vice Admiral, I specified this in the article. As for the navy service, the Estonian Border Guard is (or was until recently, don't know exactly) a military organisation. K731 (talk) 20:04, 13 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
