Expanding the article

I thought I should expand this page a bit. Modelling it after the Targa Tasmania entry, I've created a table of past winners.

One thing I'm not sure how to address in the text or with a citation: technically, no overall winner was named by the rally in 2002, 2003, or 2004 (the "winners" listed in the table were the teams with the overall lowest penalty times) but I know this from personal knowledge - I don't have a handy source to cite for this.
