Also, some more information about "February 28" please. What happened during the coalition with the Islamist Refah Party?
Ciller's Financial History
[edit]We should include Ciller's involvement with the Turkmen oil industry, on field: Block 1. As well as her tacit approval of her husbands involvement with the Istanbul drug industry. Not to mention her and her husband's share in Lapis, a front for government bribery. And finally, her involvement in the 95 coup in Azerbaijan. This article makes her look too clean. I wanted to post this for discussion since its so controversial. My article on Roger Tamraz has some info on it.

Why should unsupported statements like these ("involvement with the Istanbul drug industry," "a front for government bribery") be allowed to remain? Very irresponsible and undoubtedly actionable defamation. This guy has had two years to provide some corroborating sources.38.112.178.251 (talk) 21:41, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
coup
[edit]- In 1997, before she could form her fourth cabinet as the prime minister, she was removed from power in a post-modern military coup.
Please advise -- this apparently contradicts the other material saying she left office in 1996. - 70.29.142.9 (talk) 06:19, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
Threatens to have the turkish army in Athens
[edit]There are two sources given for Cillers supposed threat to invade greece. Neither support the claim as far as I can see. 79.69.202.9 (talk) 14:06, 6 June 2015 (UTC)
