Rabbit Flat has closed

The only mid-way refueling point, Rabbit Flat, is only open three days a week so planning for this journey must take this into account.[1] Other reports state Rabbit Flat is open 7 days aweek but recommend verifying by phone nevertheless

References to Rabbit Flat in the main article need to be changed, as Rabbit Flat is no longer operating as a Roadhouse. See Rabbit Flat, Northern Territory.
