Dates not right. Not first single. Not recorded in 81.

[edit]

Something is not right. On the ORIGINAL RELEASE, Catalogue number COQ T3 on Bill Nelson's label, Talking is credited as (1983) b/w Factory Music which IS (1981). Presuming that's correct, this is not the first Flock 12" single, as there's a handful and EPs from the first album, including Telecommunication etc etc etc. Can someone please clarify / verify / correct the page. Maybe you meant the first single from the 2nd LP? Jdubowsky (talk) 19:32, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I had to remove the plot summary from the article as it was lifted word for word from the summary listed in the book "A Flock of Seagulls Songs: I Ran, Talking, Wishing, the More You Live" [1] Robman94 (talk) 18:35, 1 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Radio program heard at the beginning of the music video

[edit]

It is actually an excerpt from the infamous "war of the worlds" 1938 radio drama by Orson Welles and The Mercury Theatre On The Air :-) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 145.253.233.165 (talk) 09:10, 5 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
