Horror Comedy?

[edit]

This is what it seems like to me, not like something like Scary Movie, but the way the horror is presented is somewhat comical, Duke calling the dolls 'niglets' and stuff, etc. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.233.107.168 (talk) 04:43, 7 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Changed The First Paragraph

[edit]

I changed some things. There's no indication that the three guys are drug dealers, though they do want the drugs Mr Simms found, though we don't know why, maybe just to snort, nor that they have come them to collect them from the body of a dead friend? What friend? Crazy K wasn't their friend. I also took out the part about exploitation towards blacks. Yes there is racism, but not "almost without exception." The only one that's really racist is the third. There's no indication that the cops were racist, they killed Martin because he was campaigning against their drug dealing, and getting drug dealing cops like them fired. And the 2nd and 4th tales include almost all blacks. 68.189.248.12 07:51, 24 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Black or African-American?

[edit]

The paragraphs go back and forth on the two terms. I personally don't like the term "African-American" because of the person who encouraged the usage of it. The Crazy K paragraph goes back and forth on the terms and given the timeframe, isn't "black" more appropriate? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.165.50.227 (talk) 21:19, 15 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
