About notability
[edit]Depends on WP:SCHOLAR guidelines.
In my opinion, he fulfils criterion 1 & 4.
For criterion 1, he is one of the most cited scholars in the European Court of Justice (source: website :( - need to find something more appropriate).
For criterion 4, he is editor and author or co-author of at least 2 recognized books :
- The General Principles of EU Law ISBN 9780199534715
- Introduction to EU Law ISBN 9780198764731 (cited in multiples EU law books like Administrative Law and Policy of the European Union ISBN 978-0199286485 )
He is also cited in The Evolution of EU Law ( Paul Craig (law professor), Gráinne de Búrca, ISBN 978-0199592968) - de Burca should be a blue link too -
He is also an active barrister, an had been publicized for things like http://www.larouchepub.com/other/interviews/2013/4037court_cyprus_austrty.html .
