@ExRat: in fact, analogous red links exist massively. Run https://petscan.wmflabs.org/?psid=15616657 and see there title "Flag of Foo Parish" or "Coat of arms of Foo Parish". All these articles have hidden category: "Pages using infobox settlement with bad settlement type". It may be the case.--Estopedist1 (talk) 14:04, 28 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
