Invalid examples
[edit]The examples in the article do not conform to RFC 4151. The RFC allows only internet domain names and email addresses as authority names, not URLs. Thus, "wiki.riteme.site" is a valid authority name, "wiki.riteme.site/wiki/User:Example" is not. The example has the additional problem that the authority name contains a colon, which creates ambiguity as to where the tagging entity ends.
- Good points, examples changed. dr.ef.tymac (talk) 12:21, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
application support
[edit]does anybody know which application this tag-uri supports? mabdul 02:11, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
- It's more a question of which applications support tag-URI. YAML is the best example. Doug Ewell (talk) 17:11, 20 October 2022 (UTC)
