[edit]I represent Taco Del Mar, and I want to bring several points to someone's attention. It states in the article that "20 franchisees are currently preparing a class-action lawsuit against Taco Del Mar." There are no credible sources to back this claim up. The link provided(http://www.bluemaumau.org/comment/27957/Re_How_long_until_people_have_had_enough) takes the reader to a blog page where one guest contributor claims "20 owners have been financially destryoed." However, this in no way implies that 20 class-action lawsuits are currently being prepared, or are even in existence. Please retract the statement that "20 franchisees are preparing lawsuits." I do not believe Blue Maumau to be a credible source. It's a site where "columnists" can post opinions for the purpose of "amusement" as it so states in the title. Posting opinions like these are slanderous to our brand, especially when there have been no published reports of such claims from non-partisan 3rd party websites.
In addition, the group called "The Truth About Taco Del Mar" claims that Taco Del Mar executives took secret kickbacks from various suppliers. (http://www.bluemaumau.org/seeking_opinions_and_experiences_taco_del_mar) Again, there is no published material to support these claims. All of the speculation is coming from "Blue Maumau" which authors "an online diary of thoughts," not published facts.
I am a strong believer in Wikipedia as a non-biased information source. However, it can only be as accurate as the editors who verify the credibility of the posted information. Blog "insights" are not credible sources of actual information.

fish tacos
[edit]The one time i went to Taco del Mar (Portland, OR) the fish tacos and seafood were pretty prominent in the atmosphere. Speaking minimal Spanish the only reason I went in was for some. Wasn't aware they had ads. Any comments? Not an expert here... Potatoswatter 06:13, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
