Orphan Status

[edit]

Removed Orphan tag as many internal links have been made by myself. --Insanityinc 17:19, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Current and former list

[edit]

These current and former lists come off as cruft to me. Especially the "former" section. Even actual roster articles don't contain a list of former members of a team/company.«»bd(talk stalk) 18:28, 19 September 2007 (UTC)-[reply]

Articles such as SHIMMER list Alumni. I've fixed the sections to be named in order. --Insanityinc 19:18, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That's cruft too. «»bd(talk stalk) 20:26, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

“Cage Dancers”

[edit]

TNA Wrestling debuted the “Cage Dancers” on the debut episode of their pay per view in June 2002, where they were billed as the “Luscious TNA Girls”. The various “Cage Dancers” remained with TNA Wrestling until the debut of Impact in June 2004. TNAWrestling 20:59, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Shouldn't it be noted that...

These chicks can actually wrestle... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.75.229.51 (talk) 17:01, 7 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Lots of editing needed

[edit]

I just read all the additions that were made to the TNA Knockouts page and it needs a lot of editing as a lot of the information is wrong information. April Hunter was never Miss TNA, it was a young lady named April Pennington, who at the time was playing the role of Sean Waltman’s “abused girlfriend”. Alan Funk (aka Bruce) defeated Taylor Vaughn, not Francine. TNA used the “Cage Dancers” during the debut show and continued to use them until 2004. Athena and Hollywood were never Cage Dancers. TNA Wrestling never recognized the NWA Women’s Championship, the match was a dark match prior to a live pay per view, done at the request of TNA staff member Bill Behrens. I will try to clean up as much as I can. TNAFan80 19:39, 29 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

THE EDITS ARE WRONG ...

[edit]

The edits on this page are WRONG. I fixed it once, and someone changed it and replaced the incorrect information. TNA never recognized the NWA Women’s Championship. April Hunter was never Miss TNA. I spent several hours redoing this page, and I am pissed off that someone would delete the correct information and replace it with incorrect information after I had worked so hard to fix it. [edit]

hey dude yeah i understand your concerns but im reverting the way you have put this page like it is right now to the other version

sure that April Hunter wasnt Miss TNA and that the NWA Womens title wasnt recognized

but this is a page for the history of the TNA Knockouts roster NOT a results page of every single womens match that happened - Spike7000 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.93.120.120 (talk) 01:00, 15 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

    • Gee, why am I not shocked that you have a problem with something someone else did? Ok, I understand about not have results listed, but the information on this page is still incorrect. I will fix it agian and I will leave out "match resutls".TNAFan80 20:31, 15 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Who books the Knockouts' division?

[edit]

I had heard from someone that it was Scott D'Amore. Can this be verified? AndarielHalo (talk) 03:51, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Origin of the name

[edit]

The article gives the 2006 dvd as the origin of the name "knockout", but prior to this, for instance at Victory Road 2004, we can hear Trinity calling herself the "New York knockout". So does the name comes from Trinity's handle or was it already in use inside TNA ? --ElderNerwal (talk) 16:48, 12 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
