Multiple issues
[edit]There is probably no doubt that The Actors' Charitable Trust is notable enough for a Wikipedia article. However, the article needs to be shortened, rewritten from a neutral point of view - it must not sound promotional, there must be no use of personal pronouns such as we, us, our, etc., and most important of all, references must be provided from independent, reliable sources, to substantiate all the claims.
This must must not be an article by you about your organisation, it must read like an encyclopedia article about The Actors' Charitable Trust. Great caution must therefore be exercised if the material has been authored by someone closely connected with the organisation. Please follow these links to our policy and guidelines for creating neutral articles:
WP:NOT, WP:RS, WP:CITE, WP:V, and for layout and style, see WP:MOS. If in doubt, editors are welcome to ask quetions and obtain guidance at various Wikipedia help departments, such as WP:EAR.

Merger proposal
[edit]Actors Orphanage is a short article about the historic predecessor of this charity. It seems logical to merge it into the present article, once it has been edited in accordance with Wikipedia guidelines. Favonian (talk) 09:53, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
- I've looked at the other stub, and I think that a merger would be an excellent idea.--Kudpung (talk) 10:55, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
