[edit]

This article needs to be trimmed down so it doesn't include every little work he has done, but should be summarized to the most notable ones and exhibitions. It also needs to be translated better into English and supported by appropriate article links. There shouldn't be subsection headers like Oeuvre. Once it's cleaned up, you can try to resubmit for copyediting. -AngusWOOF (talk) 06:26, 29 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The works section still looks like a copypaste job from his website: http://www.systaime.com/blog/infos/, and should be restructured into

Online Works; Exhibitions; Discography; Filmography (DVD, VHS); Bibliography. Member of Jury stuff doesn't need to be listed. The second lead paragraph detail should go in his bio, and a shortened version of it kept in lead. -AngusWOOF (talk) 17:06, 1 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Moved to talk page

[edit]

I removed the following content from the main article as they are just listings of events that Systaime has participated in as a featured act, without regard to notability or significance. Only the works should be included in the main article, although events can be highlighted in the prose to accompany the work. -AngusWOOF (talk) 21:11, 1 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This is a list of the exhibitions that he participated in. Rather than have this in the main article, I suggest that his actual works be listed and then cited by these attendances. It can also be used to beef up his career history.-AngusWOOF (talk) 21:00, 1 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Oeuvre

[edit]

I moved this section to the talk page. Although it describes his artistic style, it has so much wordy text such "acrid cogs of the digital mechanics" that seems to be copy pasted from some other writer's review of his work, so that needs to be cited and placed in context. If Borras is the source, then quote that. -AngusWOOF (talk) 21:11, 1 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Michaël Borras realizes regularly numeric on-line works, videos, remix, mash up, sounds, blogs, gifs, clips and divert (hijack) the social networks. He also realizes works of art, books, DVD, cd, as well as installations and Audio / video performances. Systaime works the internet flow. In every new configuration of the internet "sphere" he decides to investigate the emergent digital cultures, in a didactic way, he elaborates the themes which illustrate the aesthetics of the "bug" and the "glitch", pursuing the acrid cogs of the digital mechanics, the artist makes visible by the gap various strata of a culture of the decomposition. Rather than to undergo, Systaime prefers to steal into flows, to hijack them and to divert confuse them, infesting all the platforms, " pushing at most the limits of this object which we put us between hands "
