- ... that Sylvain Itté, the French ambassador to Niger, was given 48 hours to leave the country by the National Council for the Safeguard of the Homeland but so far has not left?
- Reviewed: To come
- Comment: Alternative hooks welcome
Created by Thriley (talk) and Yeoutie (talk). Nominated by Thriley (talk) at 04:55, 31 August 2023 (UTC). Post-promotion hook changes for this nom will be logged at Template talk:Did you know nominations/Sylvain Itté; consider watching this nomination, if it is successful, until the hook appears on the Main Page.
- QPQ still needed. Article is new enough and long enough. Is it agreed-upon that Itté was in fact told to leave? I got the impression that there was a bit of confusion/misinformation about it. Is this a reliable source for a BLP? #2 and #7 say that he was appointed to the Niger ambassadorship in September not October. Didn't notice any copyvio or plagiarism. The infobox needs referencing. The hook isn't supported by anything in the article. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk) 07:57, 31 August 2023 (UTC)
- @Thriley: A QPQ is still required to promote this hook. Z1720 (talk) 15:04, 24 September 2023 (UTC)
- @Jo-Jo Eumerus and Z1720: It's been quite a while: have the issues been addressed? The QPQ thing also needs to be addressed so if there are still issues and a QPQ has not been provided this may have to be failed. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 01:33, 28 September 2023 (UTC)
- @Narutolovehinata5: If @Thriley: does not provide a QPQ by Oct 1, this can be closed as unsuccessful. Z1720 (talk) 12:42, 28 September 2023 (UTC)
- QPQ was not given in time despite multiple pings. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 00:00, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
