Controversy section

[edit]

Swiftarc Ventures and Swiftarc Capital LLC are two different companies.

Swiftarc Capital is a Hedge Fund (https://craft.co/swiftarc-capital) firm incorporated in 2010 (>https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_de/4905668) and headquartered in Austin, Texas (1. https://www.swiftarccapital.com/ 2. https://datapo.com/en-us/companies/details/swiftarc-capital-llc-0801358723-433177702/).

Swiftarc Ventures is a venture capital firm incorporated in 2019 (https://icis.corp.delaware.gov/eCorp/EntitySearch/NameSearch.aspx) and headquartered in New York (https://www.bloomberg.com/profile/company/1846622D:US).

Sid Jawahar, who co-founded Swiftarc Ventures earlier served as a director of Swiftarc Capital, is the common link in these cases. This does not, however, justify adding different company controversy to this page.

Other than this per WP:CORG, reliable sources – other than the critics themselves – provide substantial coverage devoted to the controversies or criticisms to add any such section.

WP:BLPGROUP demands when in doubt, make sure to have high-quality sources.

-

The content added under the section is inaccurate also does not meet the criteria for high-quality third-party sources. I'm removing the incorrect content as a result.

Before adding the content back, cite trustworthy third-party sources to demonstrate how the controversy leads to Swiftarc Ventures. Rifflay (talk) 12:38, 9 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
