Ref List Clean up
[edit]This page had two reference lists, with the second just a list at the bottom under the first reference list. I've updated all the references and moved them into the body text, except for the following two references. The first is a dead link (which I'd normally leave if it was used in the actual body of the page), and the second doesn't seem to clearly reference person this page is about. And since it wasn't included in body of text, I'm unclear why it's here. So I'm moving them both here for now to clean up main page.
