A patent that isn't discussed in any reliable secondary source
[edit]Toes405 is continually adding a line about an insignificant patent granted to someone named Jim Mizell. As there is no mention of Jim Mizell and this patent in any secondary source that I can find, I can only assume that Toes405 is either someone who know Mizell personally or is Mizell himself. The sole citation provided is a link to the US Patent Office. I see no reason to include this sentence in the article. Wes sideman (talk) 12:22, 29 March 2023 (UTC)
- I've made attempts to discuss my concerns about this at Toes405's talk page, to no avail. Wes sideman (talk) 12:24, 29 March 2023 (UTC)

- Looking this over I'm inclined to agree that at the very least some coverage in WP:SECONDARY sources would be needed to establish due weight. We'd probably still need to assess the sources for the topic as a whole even then to decide if or how much mention is DUE, but since this fails at the first hurdle there's no need to go there yet. 74.73.224.126 (talk) 20:27, 3 April 2023 (UTC)
