Output power of the American HAARP facility[edit]
Just removed the sentence saying that the output power of the American HAARP facility would be much lower. This is wrong, because it was comparing the ERP power of Sura (several MW) with the real power of HAARP (a bit more than 3 MW in its full version). ERP is just a theoretical figure that takes the effect of the antennas in account. Antifumo (talk) 09:38, 12 January 2016 (UTC)
Actually HAARP has a ERP power of 5.1 GW, so it is one order of magnitude more powerful than the Sura facility. Antifumo (talk) 23:35, 12 January 2016 (UTC)
WHAAAT???[edit]
What is this article about? Heating facility? Heating WHAT EXACTLY? "... capable of radiating about 80 megawatts" Radiating WHERE TO? Into space? WHY? "ionosphere research" means exactly NOTHING! Would somebody who can talk and able to express himself be able to re-write this? So far it's a nothing.
