GA from 2008. Nominating this because of the two refimprove tags. Numerous citation needed tags, and a failed verification tag. Bambots reports "Unsourced passages need footnotes ((citation needed)) (December 2015, February 2020), Dead external links ((dead link)) (September 2017), ...
