@Austronesier and Anarchyte: So... leaving aside the block evasion, lack of attribution, and other copyvios in the history, this book might be a public domain source? Internet Archive calls it public domain, which doesn't mean much as anyone can upload there, but the author apparently states their book is in the public domain on this website (which might be their website?) as well. That's not quite the conclusive evidence I'd want to see to confirm this licensing, and I'd still err on the side of redaction to be safe, but it's enough to raise doubts and make me wonder what the other editors who have examined this article before found, hence the pings.
