Add "Arrested but not detained" section?

I suggest to add a paragraph about the recent significant "arrested but not detained" event. How about the draft paragraph below? With sources.

On 4 November, 2017, Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabeer was arrested but not detained. This was following a "corruption crackdown" conducted by a new royal anti-corruption committee.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]^[8] The order came from Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman.
