Add another line or two to the lead noting what exactly in the episode reviewers liked and disliked.
"Plot" section: "Darryl Philbin (Craig Robinson) is off to Philadelphia to interview at Jim Halpert's (John Krasinski) new company," -- the company is named in this episode, so you should include that.
" (since office manager Andy is still not back from his sailboat excursion)." -- I don't think parenthesis are needed here. Also, Andy should be linked here instead of below, since it's the first mention of him.
" (for the job Andy currently holds)" -- You might want to note the episode where this happened, since it was significant to the character's development.
" and then is chatted up by an employee that says" -- I think you mean who says
" Meanwhile, Darryl initially fumbles his interview due to nerves and him feeling inadequate, but everyone else helps calm him down" -- This is a little wordy, I think you can trim it down.
" After absolutely nailing the interview, " I think this sounds a little unencyclopedic. Could you rephrase?
"Just as everything is about to turn really ugly, " I don't know what this means. Maybe it should just be taken out or rephrased?
Production section should note the guest actors, which should also be cited.
I fixed one duplicate link. Disambiguation links all look good. External links all look good.
I don't see any problems with article stability or neutrality.
