Citations need fixing

@Danielsuga: There's no need to have 7 citations for one item. At the most, 2-3 is plenty unless it's incredibly controversial. In that case, maybe 4 citations. I've tagged the location where too many were used. I will remove the overdoing of the citations. (There are many articles in a mix of trade periodicals and trade newspapers but they are in Japanese so I have tried to prioritize English language materials).
