Mistake in link (hopefully fixed)
[edit]In the section Polymerase chain reaction, there was a link to isolates. I don't think it makes sense to link to a psychology thing in that context, so I changed the link destination to genetic isolate. But it turns out there's also isolate (biology), which I guess it's less likely to refer to, but I don't know much about biology, so hopefully someone else can look at this and figure out if it's right.
