Sudhir Kumar Rawal has a significant and growing research output, and has certainly had some media attention since 2024. I recommend using the most specific possible citation template; so, for example, 'news' rather than 'web' for news articles, even when they have been cited from the web. Linking the page from elsewhere would be helpful. Note also that improving the Wikidata entry, and linking with 'authority control' can be a helpful step for readers.
