Wacky Packages

Are 1970s solitary vice "wacky packages" considered a form of subvertising? Or does the term only apply when the implementation is in a nonprophet context?

The Wacky Packages were intended to be more humorous than subversive. Since they didn't have any political agenda, they shouldn't be included. --Wasabe3543 06:45, 28 Jun 2004 (UTC)

what about this political poster from the 2000 campaign?
