Article review

[edit]

Excellent choice of topic! This a a terrific wiki article topic that addresses the love people have for dogs. Tons of great research lend credibility to this well-researched and supported article. I knew about chocolate, but didn't realize that carob is okay. Following are some recommendations:

  • I've completed some minor edits.
  • Vague statements need specific data to strengthen their claims and adhere to Wikipedia standards: many, wide variety, etc.
  • Review and replace weak "to be" verbs: is, have, etc. Also, look for instances of "will" and consider if the sentence works without it. This type of edit (will) also adds authority to the article.
  • Underlining text in digital spaces suggests hyperlink function. Consider replacing underlining with a different style element.
  • Consider some of the statements made in image captions and if they need citations.
  • Consider adding something about knowing what to avoid to the leading statement since it's well covered in the body of the article.
  • "Any fruit of the Vitis species." is an incomplete sentence.

Thanks for adding great information to Wikipedia.
