Sidearmers on submariner page
[edit]It seems to me that the sidearm pitchers listed on this page should be on the Sidearm page, and the submariners on this page. Otherwise, shouldn't Submariner just be a subset of Sidearm? Joelthesecond (talk) 21:24, 11 October 2010 (UTC) Many of these pitchers are sidearm, which is COMPLETELY separate from submarine. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.118.134.95 (talk) 00:16, 9 June 2013 (UTC)
Maybe you are right about Submarine being a subset of Sidearm. I took a look a videos of Watanabe and others. The motion is very similar and though there are may be deliveries that are clearly one or the other it both are essentially the same mechanics as a three-quarter delivery (or upsidedown 3/4) with a small variation in angle. It does seem that the "rightside up" 3/4 motion does not share the same mechanics as a sidearm delivery. Halconen (talk) 14:55, 28 June 2013 (UTC)
Is Chang Yong Lim submarine pitcher? He is officially sidearm pitcher. Please edit it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 119.63.240.107 (talk) 16:24, 9 July 2017 (UTC)
Present day
[edit]"Present day" is misleading or many on the list should not be. "Modern era" (which may be just as ill-defined but may not be as misinterpreted as present day) could apply to this list.
