Codf1977 added a cite needed tag to the claim that Bugg won the WUDC in 1982. I added a source, but as Codf1977 has pointed out to me, there are some questions about the status of that source as a Reliable Source. See inconclusive discussion at the RS Noticeboard. If this article does not survive the AfD in progress, the point becomes moot; if it does survive, and especially if this claim becomes relevant to the decision, more research to independently clarify the claim is needed, or stronger confirmation that the source is considered reliable.--SPhilbrickT11:25, 19 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I see that an IP has added two refs to the above claim, I have removed one of them as it would be WP:PRIMARY and the debating.net one. I assume that the IP was probably Stuart G. Bugg himself given the fact that there is no online link, I assume he must have a paper based copy. Codf1977 (talk) 09:47, 28 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
