All this article is wrong. This Structure not is of the Spanish Navy, It is the structure of the Maritime Action Force (FAM), a part of the new structure of the Spanish Navy(Fleet, Maritime Action Force and Marines Corp). The old structure in Navals regions disaparead (Cadiz, Ferrol, Cartagena). Nowadays it is a functional, not territorial organization
The Fleet is composed for the War Ships (Frigates, Submarines, Aircraft carrier, LPDs, etc..)and the Maritime Action Force (FAM) is composed for the auxiliary ships (patrols, oceanographic ships, training ships, etc)
