This is a well-known psychotherapy that has been discussed in multiple independent sources: a few examples, which could be used to help source and build the article, include:

I have integrated some of these works into inline citations within the article and others into the references section. There should be no doubt from this list that SFT is a notable and commonly-used therapeutic approach in psychology, especially within family psychology.
