Not a "complete IPsec implementations

According to the abstract StrongSwan is a "complete IPsec implementation". It is not. It is an IKE daemon. XFRM is still being done by the kernel 2001:638:401:102:226:55FF:FE4F:9BB6 (talk) 11:25, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
