"Form" and the Russian Theme

The section on form seems to be a poorly grounded and needlessly subjective commentary. The notes on "emotional manipulation" and the oddly pejorative employment of the verb "ingratiate" concerning the so-called Russian theme are particularly egregious in this regard.
